  • Twice weekly check-ins for accountability.
  • Training plan re-evaluation every 6 weeks if needed.

  • Individualized training plan for EACH client.
  • Up to 12 sessions per month (3 days per week) in-person training together!
  • Choice of trainer’s private gym and equipment or client home visits together (subject to an extra fee based on location)
